Apple & Elderflower Juice

A delicate, fragrant and refreshing drink. We pick the elderflowers from the hedgerows around the farm, in late May early June. These sprays of tiny white flowers make the most delightful cordial, which we blend in with our apple juice to produce a subtle floral, summery note. Enjoy on its own or for a grown-up twist with a shot of vodka and a squeeze of lime it makes the most fantastic Apple Elderflower Martinis.
Instructions for use:
Shake well. Contains natural particles of fruit which may settle.
Glass bottles: Once opened keep refrigerated & consume within 4 days.
Bag in box: Once opened keep refrigerated & consume within 6 weeks. Use within 4 days if decanted.

A sweet and refreshing juice. Made on our family farm in the heart of the Kent countryside. Pressed in small batches, using the best quality hand selected apples and handpicked Kentish Elderflower. No artificial flavours. Not from concentrate.
